About us
1. Order requests
Adding products to the basket and sending an order request does not take payment. Your request tells us what you would like to buy and whether you prefer delivery or collection.
We check current availability and, where relevant, delivery cost and expected delivery or collection timing. The payment request is our offer to supply the confirmed order at the stated final total. A contract is formed when payment is successfully received and we confirm it, or when we expressly agree another payment arrangement with you. Until then either side can stop the order request without charge.
2. Products and prices
We try to keep product descriptions and shop prices accurate. Stock can change quickly. The server rechecks the current catalogue when an order request is sent. If a product, price or availability has changed, we will correct the order before asking you to pay.
The final total consists of the confirmed product total plus any agreed delivery charge.
3. Payment
Payment is requested only after we have reviewed the order and confirmed the final total and delivery or collection timing. We may send a secure payment-request link. Do not send card numbers, card security codes or online-banking passwords to us by email or through an order note.
An order is not marked as paid merely because a customer says payment has been made; payment is confirmed by the shop after checking receipt.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery charges and expected timing are confirmed before payment. Collection orders are held or prepared only after we confirm the arrangement. More detail is on our Delivery & returns page.
5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Distance-order cancellation and return information, including common exceptions, is set out on our Delivery & returns page.
6. Personal information
We use personal information to operate the order process, communicate with you and meet necessary business/legal obligations. See our Privacy notice.
7. Contact and complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us using the details above and include your order reference. We will try to resolve the issue directly. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
